Main Practice Areas

Kai-Peter advises and represents domestic and international companies and associations, often from the film and media industries. He focuses on copyright and media law, privacy and publicity, contracts, film and project financing, and related areas of practice. Admitted to the bar in Zurich, he represents clients at Swiss courts.

Career

Studies at Humboldt University in Berlin. Bar admission in Zurich, 2005/2015 (previously in Germany from 1996). In Switzerland since 2001, Swiss and German national.  PhD, St. Gallen University (HSG). Joined this law firm in 2004.

Previous activities: Head of legal and business affairs for a Berlin film production and sales group. Worked with law firms in Berlin and Paris and a TV broadcaster. Studies in Moscow, ending 1990. Position at St. Gallen University (HSG).

Speaking functions

Regular speaker at conferences and executive training courses.
