Latest news about corona virus

The corona virus has a firm grip on economic life worldwide.

In Switzerland, the Federal Council has classified the situation as an “exceptional situation” under the Epidemics Act (Epidemiegesetz) as of March 17, 2020 and has further tightened the measures already in place to protect the population. This means, among other things, that all shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment and leisure facilities will remain closed until April 19, 2020 at the latest.

We have closely examined the legal issues of the current situation and offer affected companies, entrepreneurs and private individuals personal advice in connection with the following issues, among others:

  • Shutdown and home office
  • Closure of schools or nurseries and childcare
  • Continued payment of wages
